It’s Official! ABC Announces the Broadcast Schedule for The Bachelorette.
The latest update in the case saw it confirmed that Taylor will not head to court over the two domestic violence claims.
A statement read, ‘After reviewing reports and evidence submitted to the Draper Police Department and West Jordan Police Department, the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office has declined to file charges against Taylor Frankie Paul.’ It came shortly after Taylor was granted a temporary protective order against her ex, with the couple still fighting over custody of their son, Ever, two.

So, in light of Taylor’s major legal victory, will The Bachelorette be aired? Here’s what we know.
Will ABC air Taylor Frankie Paul’s season of The Bachelorette?
The show initially pulled Taylor’s season days before its premiere, citing her investigation and shocking video as the reason behind their decision.
But with Taylor now cleared, some reports have suggested that ABC may well choose to air her series again – however, there’s a few things that need to be sorted out first…
Alongside Taylor’s Bachelorette season being pulled, filming was also halted for the upcoming season of Mormon Wives. Now, according to TMZ, there’s been ‘zero movement’ on Taylor’s season airing until the future of S_ecret Lives Of Mormon Wives_ has been ironed out.

So, where is the Disney reality show at? TMZ reported that Taylor’s legal win is a big step towards production resuming on SLOMW. However, there’s still some things that need attending to (such as the findings of a third-party investigation.)
A source close to Taylor told the outlet that the only thing she is focusing on right now is working on herself and protecting her children. The source shared that the reality star hasn’t ‘closed the door on anything professionally, especially SLOMW,’ but that her ‘sole priority right now is resolving the custody of her son.’
As it stands, Taylor’s season of The Bachelorette isn’t set to be released (and potentially won’t air until everything else has settled down a bit.)
Could Taylor Frankie Paul’s season of The Bachelorette be released?
The door is certainly open!
When Disney’s ABC announced they were pulling Taylor’s season of the dating show, they wrote that they had ‘made the decision not to move ahead’ with Taylor’s season. According to one industry insider, the wording of their statement ‘left a window to bring [the show] back. They haven’t cancelled it – they simply paused it.’
Indeed, the network will face potential losses of ‘tens of millions’ of dollars if the show (which Disney licenses from Warner Bros.) doesn’t air. According to reports, ABC faces a potential $70-million loss, having paid around $5 million per episode for the nine-episode season.
