General Hospital’s Kirsten Storms Faces Brandon Barash’s Emergency Restraining Order

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that there’s some difficult news to report about Kirsten Storms’ (Maxie Jones) personal life.

General Hospital’s Kirsten Storms Faces Brandon Barash’s Emergency Restraining Order

Brandon Barash (ex-Johnny Zacchara on GH, ex-Stefan and Jake DiMera on Days of Our Lives) has been granted an emergency restraining order against Storms due to concerns about her mental health.

TMZ got their hands on some court documents that spilled some troubling allegations about Storms and her mental downward spiral.

Barash claims that Storms has struggled to provide a stable home for their daughter, 12-year-old Harper Rose Barash.

According to Barash, Storms spent months changing hotels on a regular basis because she was convinced someone was following her along with Harper.

After their respective moves to Tennessee, Barash notes that Storms’ latest landlord sued her for eviction.

Plus, Storms’ car is allegedly on the verge of being repossessed and she owes Barash $5,000 based on his accusations about a loan that was never repaid.

Barash has expressed fears about Storms’ ability to properly care for their daughter, especially since he claims she told him she was having delusions and hallucinations back in May 2025.

Storms was ultimately placed on a psychiatric hold at the hospital according to Barash, but he insists she later acted like nothing out of the ordinary happened.

Barash also asserts that Storms contacted him in November 2025 to relay concerns about someone breaking in her place and moving stuff to her car just to mess with her head.

Storms herself has posted on Instagram lately about hackings, break-ins and her eviction notice.

As for Brandon Barash, he detailed his worries to a judge and alleged that Storms may be misusing Adderall along with substances based on what one of her friends shared with him.

Barash talked about Storms’ having repeated meltdowns and how she’d allegedly been hearing and seeing things that weren’t actually there.

The judge granted Brandon Barash’s request for an emergency restraining order, but there’s no word yet on whether Kirsten Storms has gone through the mental health evaluation that Barash pushed for.

Storms is still allowed supervised visits with the daughter she shares with Barash until the restraining order’s status can be reviewed.

As for what’s ahead in Port Charles, General Hospital spoilers say there’s much more drama to come, so stay tuned to see how Kirsten Storms’ real-life crisis might affect Maxie’s future.
