General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, April 21, reveal that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) will make a risky move while Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) loses it on someone in her room at GH.
Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will also react to an alarming shocker, so there’ll be a lot happening in Port Charles.
At the hospital, Britt will take a stand as she tells Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) that she’s not going to do something anymore.
Although Britt wants her meds, she’s fed up with the project she’s been roped into and may refuse to finish the dangerous prototype.
Meanwhile, it looks like Rocco will deliver an extra pillow to Cullum, so will he be able to keep his cool and avoid stirring up the WSB director’s suspicions?
Regardless, Britt’s in for a shock later since it seems Rocco’s going to come clean to her about being Cullum’s shooter.
That news should leave Britt reeling, so stay tuned for her stunned and concerned reaction.
As for Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), he’ll grill Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) about what she’s not telling him.
Dante will get the feeling that Lulu’s keeping secrets, so he’ll put her on the spot as he pumps her for information.
At some point, Dante will also stop by to see Cullum again, so that’ll bring more tension and another round of questioning.
Over with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), he’ll find out Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) was present for Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) latest exam and will launch a confrontation with Isaiah soon.
Over with Jordan, she’ll have a wild meltdown over someone trying to pay her a visit.

As Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) continue their celebratory night together, things will take a more serious turn.
Cody will tell Molly that he’s sorry and insist that something’s not good enough, but will this really be another bump in the road?
The preview clip could be misleading if Cody mentions his feelings and then decides that’s not a good enough way to address what’s in his heart.
Maybe Cody will amend that to an “I love you” and deepen his bond with Molly in the process.
At Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) place, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) will be suspicious of Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) and will even suggest he might’ve been sent there to infiltrate Sonny’s organization.
However, it appears Sonny will choose to trust Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) son and move forward with hiring Ethan anyway.
