General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Ethan Lovett’s (Nathan Dean) first moments back in Port Charles immediately brought questions.
There’s clearly someone Ethan’s hoping to see in PC, so let’s take a closer look at the voicemail he left while he was on Pier 55.
“I know I’m late calling,” Ethan said in his message on GH’s April 17 episode. “I’m so sorry. I got held up, and I just got into Port Charles. I’m on Pier 55 right now. Let me know if you can meet me tonight. If not, I’ll be here every day at noon, OK? I’ll see you…soon, I hope.”
Ethan’s voicemail brings an intriguing mystery and proves his return to PC is about more than just catching up with his family.
Who is Ethan hoping to meet – and how are they connected?
A couple of options immediately come to mind here, so let’s discuss them.
It’s worth mentioning that Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) has been talking about her Australia trip again, so maybe she crossed paths with Ethan there.
There’s the potential for some juicy drama if Jacinda perhaps met Ethan in Australia and hit the sheets with him.
Maybe Jacinda and Ethan mixed business with pleasure if they also ran some cons together.
Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) would certainly be thrown for a loop over Ethan and Jacinda’s link, so it’s an option to keep in mind.
However, it’s also possible that Ethan perhaps ran cons and sizzled with Delilah Wilson (Lily Cardone) instead.
Delilah might’ve teamed up with Ethan on some art heists and ran into some trouble as a result.
Ethan may not have been able to meet right when Deliah summoned him due to the delay he was hinting at.
Maybe Ethan is the father of Delilah’s baby and has no idea that she was pregnant or that she’s now deceased.
Ethan may end up waiting every day on the pier at noon until he finally learns Delilah died after going into early labor.
This could lead to Ethan claiming Baby Phoebe if he’s indeed her bio dad, so this would be another dramatic path to take.
