Another bombshell in the ongoing Taylor Frankie Paul saga … “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star is under investigation for an alleged third domestic violence incident.

Taylor’s ex, Dakota Mortensen, went to the West Jordan Police Department in Utah last month, accusing Taylor of abusing him in an alleged early-to-mid-2024 dispute,

TMZ has confirmed. West Jordan detectives have reviewed video and are working to verify details, and are “interviewing the parties involved.” We’re told Taylor and Dakota are cooperating with the ongoing investigation … no charges have been filed.

NBC News was first to report the investigation.

As you know … TFP pled guilty in abeyance to aggravated assault following a fight with Dakota in 2023, which was captured on video.

We published the video last week, and her season of “The Bachelorette” was canceled hours afterward.

We broke the story … TFP became embroiled in another messy situation when sources connected to the series told us there was a heated fight between her and Dakota while shooting “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” Season 5.

That show has since paused filming.

This third accusation comes while TFP is still on probation from her 2023 assault case.

Taylor Frankie Paul’s chaotic 2023 arrest is now playing out in full … and TMZ has obtained the complete 1-hour police body cam footage from that infamous night.

The video captures everything from the moment cops arrive at her Utah home to the aftermath of her arrest — giving an inside look into how the domestic violence incident unfolded in real time … leading to Taylor in handcuffs.

Officers are seen responding to a tense and emotional scene, quickly separating Taylor and her boyfriend Dakota Mortensen as things spiral. Throughout the footage, Taylor appears visibly, extremely intoxicated … stumbling, slurring, and at times snapping at police officers as they try to get control of the situation.

Dakota is shown speaking with officers and explaining his side of the altercation — even showing injuries he says he suffered, on his hand and elbow. In one moment, once Taylor is placed in the back of a cop car, he begs cops to take him to jail instead of Taylor.

The video also shows police interacting with Taylor’s parents, who arrive to help care for her children … and are shocked their daughter is involved in such a disheartening situation.

There are multiple intense beats throughout … including officers discussing whether Taylor and Dakota can have contact before a judge hears their case … and Dakota worrying about how it could impact their relationship and even an upcoming trip to Hawaii they’d planned before the 2023 blowup.
