Just In!!! Police have revealed further charges against both husband and wife, Kendra Duggar.

Kendra Duggar is now being charged, alongside her husband Joseph Duggar.

Earlier this week, it was revealed that the 31-year-old former 19 Kids and Counting star was arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior, involving unlawful sexual activity with a minor.

Now, the police have announced new counts in his case, along with charging Kendra, his wife of nine years.

 

Per People, the couple are now also facing four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree, and four counts of false imprisonment in the second degree, in addition to the two previous counts Joseph was charged with – lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim less than 12 years old, and lewd and lascivious behavior conducted by a person 18 years or older.

Arrest warrants were issued and served for the misdemeanor offenses.

This is part of an ongoing investigation, following an incident being reported on Wednesday (March 18).

“To protect the integrity of the investigation and the privacy of those involved, no further details will be provided at this time,” the Tontitown Police Department shared in a statement, noting that Arkansas limits the amount of information released to the public in cases involving minors.

According to reports, Joseph Duggar, 31, was arrested by police in Tontitown, Arkansas on March 18, 2026 for allegedly molesting a 9-year-old girl during a family vacation in Panama City Beach, Florida in 2020.

He was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior involving a victim under 12 years old. Two days later, Joseph’s wife Kendra was also arrested and charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and four counts of false imprisonment, though her charges were not directly related to the molestation case. On March 31, Joseph pleaded not guilty after being extradited to Florida.
