General Hospital Spoilers Wednesday, March 18: Jason Leaves Danny to Alexis, Says Goodbye – Britt Terrifies Brad

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, March 18, reveal that Brad Cooper (Parry When) will be back on-screen to get some disturbing news.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will also have a suggestion to make while Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) makes one of his own and leaves Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) concerned.

First on Wednesday’s GH episode, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will enjoy some romantic time with Brook Lynn, who’ll surprise him by suggesting they should take Delilah Wilson’s (Lily Cardone) baby girl.

Brook Lynn may insist they should apply to be the baby’s foster parents and watch over her until her family can be found.

Chase may worry about Brook Lynn getting too attached, but he also feels a certain pull to this little one and may agree they should step up.

Next, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will sit down with Brad and admit it’s time for her to “get the hell out of dodge.”

Brad will be horrified over the escalating danger as Britt explains her worsening situation with Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

Britt will also surprise Brad by admitting Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) has been helping her try to escape her current nightmare.

At some point, Brad will push Lucas to get Britt’s meds and do whatever it takes to save her.

Lucas already has a plan in motion involving Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo), but it comes with big risks.

At Wyndemere, Marco will once again go rummaging through the safe for a dose of Britt’s medication.

That’s where Cullum will pop up holding Britt’s medicine, so he’ll ask if Marco was looking for this.

Marco may tell the same story he told Sidwell and act like he was just preparing Britt’s next dose.

Will Cullum buy that or at least pretend he does while he continues to monitor Marco’s behavior?

Whatever the case, it looks like Marco will eventually shift gears and get Cullum focused on the request he made.

This will presumably have something to do with Marco’s desire to see Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) wiped off the map.

Marco may fill Lucas in on the close call with Cullum later and leave him in panic mode.

As for Britt’s mediation dose, will Marco steal it as planned or be forced to abort the mission due to Cullum’s scrutiny?

Other GH spoilers say Jason will have a difficult discussion with Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), who’ll be surprised when his dad asks how he would feel about living with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).

This will lead to Jason admitting he needs to leave town for a while, so Danny will have plenty of questions as they say their goodbyes.

Danny will worry about his father, but Jason may promise that he’s coming home eventually.

At the Port Charles Grill, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) will push Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) to tell him if she sees a future for them again.

It’ll leave Liz feeling pressured as she tries to figure out what she really wants.

In the meantime, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will have a date of their own, so they may end up at the Port Charles Grill, too.
