General Hospital Spoilers: Sidwell’s Grief Unleashes Wrath – No One In Port Charles Is Safe
General Hospital spoilers suggest that Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) grief over losing his son, Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo), could unleash his wrath on Port Charles where no one will be safe.

Sidwell is not a man for anyone to mess with.
General Hospital fans saw him shoot Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard) at Wyndemere when the PCU Prof stepped out of line.
Who could also forget the fact that he gave Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) the drugs to inject Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) with to create the “locked-in” syndrome state he is in.
The Congressman was becoming a liability to Sidwell, and the criminal didn’t blink an eye when he realized he needed to take action.
Sidwell is as dastardly as soap villains get, so now that the only person he truly loved is gone, the little town should brace for some major chaos!
Fast forward to Marco’s stabbing, Sidwell had a meltdown while saying goodbye to his son, who lay lifeless in a hospital bed after surgery.
Sidwell swore to avenge Marco’s passing by placing a nail in Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) coffin, but the mob boss might not only be on Sidwell’s radar.
Fans may recall that Sidwell and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) had a very heated confrontation during the Monday, March 23 episode.
Sidwell encouraged Laura to fall in line, as he noted that he knew where Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and Ace Cassadine (Karis and Kieran Barry) were in Ireland.
This is when Laura chirped back and asked if someone threatened his son, Marco, would Sidwell fight back or cooperate?
In light of what happened to Marco, will Sidwell believe that Laura was part of the plan to un-alive his son?
With that said, Isaiah Gannon (Swandi Wilson) may also not be safe from Sidwell’s revenge tour in PC.
He was the doctor who operated on Marco, and during the Wednesday, March 25 show, Sidwell was shocked to find out his son didn’t make it through the surgery.
He questioned if Isaiah, given their history, flopped the surgery on purpose. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) was quick to come to Isaiah’s defense; however, should the surgeon be worried?
Then again, if Sidwell finds out that Marco put his neck on the line by stealing Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) medication, prompted by Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), both Britt and Lucas’s necks could be on the line.
There’s also the sticky situation of Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), Sidwell’s big investor in his cold fusion project.
Instead of informing Sidwell about his son’s betrayal, he took matters into his own hands and was the one behind Marco’s stabbing.
What happens to him – and his informant – Pascal (Marc Forget) when Sidwell realizes the two went behind his back?
If Pascal spills the beans and tells his boss how he ran to Cullum, without knowing about Marco’s passing, about his son’s betrayal, the “butler” could meet his maker on the spot, at the hands of Sidwell!
General Hospital spoilers note that Sonny will likely bear the brunt of Sidwell’s wrath; however, no one is safe in PC at this point when it comes to the grieving and dangerous dad.
