General Hospital Spoilers: Willow Forces Drew’s Life or Death Choice
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) might succeed in scoring leverage to keep Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) quiet.

Time could be running out now that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) wants to get Drew some tools to help him communicate.
If Willow doesn’t gain info to keep the upper hand, Drew could ultimately use those new tools to rat her out.
Willow could go down for faking Drew’s stroke and keeping him in his current state through all the paralytic doses she’s been giving him.
That’s why it’s important for Willow to get her hands on some blackmail material ASAP.
Willow sat down with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) in GH’s April 23 episode in hopes of figuring out a mutually beneficial arrangement.
Brennan isn’t someone who responds well to threats, but Willow threw in some bribes, too.
Of course, Brennan may also see the potential to make Willow indebted to him and save that advantage for some other time when he really needs it.
Willow is convinced criminal Drew evidence must be out there, so she’s counting on Brennan to find some and deliver it to her.
If Brennan comes through on this, Willow could indeed have the incriminating proof she needs to control Drew.
If Willow’s going to let Drew live and eventually resume his normal life, then she has to find a way to keep his mouth shut.
Willow may eventually present a choice to Drew: revenge or prison.
Willow may acknowledge that Drew must hate her for shooting him and keeping him in this state of paralysis for so long.
Under the circumstances, Willow will see why Drew would want to make her pay.
However, Willow may argue that her own payback should even the score and then push Drew to end the vengeful cycle.
If Drew doesn’t keep quiet about her actions, Willow may promise he’s going to trade one prison for another.
Drew could go from being trapped in his own body to trapped in a cell at Pentonville, so Willow may point that out.
Since Drew may have a chance at freedom and being a father to Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) again, Willow may warn him not to blow it.
Scout could be the deciding factor for Drew when it comes to whether he’ll stay silent like Willow wants.
Drew could indeed decide he can’t put Scout through another prison separation, especially after all this fake stroke drama.
Naturally, Willow might have a hard time convincing Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) of her strategy.
Nevertheless, Sidwell might relent in the end and warn Drew that he could suffer a face even worse than prison if he doesn’t cooperate.
General Hospital spoilers say Drew may have more difficult news ahead of him, so stay tuned.
