In other words, might she flip on him to save herself? Of course, many folks think it’s unlikely, but possibly the Duggar family loyalty is being tested even more severely than the Anna and Josh case.
Kendra & Joe Face Muliptle Charges
With Joseph entering a not guilty plea in Florida and Kendra facing a stack of charges back in Arkansas, it’s a mess. After all, Kendra Duggar faces a lot of charges and unlike Anna, she’s not just a supportive wife with Joseph Duggar.
Some folks seem a bit confused because of the multiple charges of endangering the welfare of a minor and four counts of false imprisonment, all in the second degree. Notably, they’re Class A misdemeanors in Arkansas, and the number of charges brings questions.
Well, sometimes the courts stack charges, and some of them might stick. But interestingly, they can also be used to gain some leverage.
Telling What She Knows About Joe In Florida?
If Kendra potentially ends up with a year behind bars for each of the eight charges agaisnt her, there’s more than likely a lot of pressure on her.
That could lead a legal beagle to suggest she testifies about what she knew about the 2020 events in Florida. Notably, she’s not accused of the separate crime there that her husband faces.
Of course, he faces faces felony molestation in Florida. But as 5 News noted, very little information arrived about the Tontitown investigation. And, “it’s not clear if they are related to the charges [Joe] faces in Florida.” However, if she knows anything at all, flipping might be an important thing to think about in her defense.
Joe Or Freedom?
Most fans expect that Kendra might stand by her man because that’s the way the family lives. Plus, there’s the Anna example again. However, Anna didn’t face the possibility of jail time in the CSAM case against Josh Duggar.
While nobody can force a wife to testify against their husband, if she wants her own “get out of jail” card, it might be in her interests to cooperate with the Florida investigation.
The factor in the middle of all of this revolves around Jim Bob Duggar and his wife Michelle. Their statement after the arrest of Joseph mentioned Kendra and her kids.
Will they take them into the fold in Tontitown and look after them? Or, with separate lawyers, will there be signs of a split in the family culture?
Jail Time Is A Real Possibility
Judging by Counting On fans reacting to the jailhouse contact with Joe, most people think Kendra will never flip on him. However, jail time is jail time; separation from the kids is a real consideration for any mom.
While some folks speculate the trial of eight counts on Kendra could be a squeeze for her to flip on Joe, it’s likely not just idle speculation There’s so much about it on the internet that really, it could go either way.
