General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Ava Jerome (Maura West) will inevitably find herself in a tight spot as she sinks further and further into Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) world. Sidwell is slowly making Ava part of his inner circle, but that’s a dangerous place to be!

In GH’s April 8 episode, Ava found “Nathan West” aka Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) in a tense discussion with Sidwell at Wyndemere.

Sidwell hinted to Ava about the project Britt was working on for him and obviously didn’t spill “Nathan’s” true identity.

However, this could be the first sign of trouble when it comes to Ava and what she might uncover about “Nathan.”

There was also a rather ominous clue when Sidwell admitted he’d exchanged confidences with Ava that he wouldn’t normally.

Sidwell was glad to be able to do so, but he pushed Ava not to make him regret it.

It feels like the show’s building toward a situation where Ava perhaps learns more than she bargained for.

Ava thinks she can handle a guy like Sidwelll, but she may start to uncover some things that leave her uneasy.

Of course, Sidwell won’t spill every last detail of his shady operation, but he could become more honest about certain things – especially if Ava keeps witnessing “Nathan’s” strange Wyndemere visits.

We could imagine Ava overhearing more than she should and realizing “Nathan” is actually his twin brother, Cassius.

Sidwell might even realize what Ava’s learned and confirm it.

Naturally, Sidwell could spin it like he’s done a good deed for everyone who missed “Nathan,” including Ava’s BFF.

“Nathan” was Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) cousin, but they were raised as siblings.

Nina has been thrilled to have her brother back, but she doesn’t realize “J” is actually his twin.

Cassius has taken over “Nathan’s” life with ulterior motives, so what will Ava do if she finds out this shocking revelation?

Ava could grow concerned for Nina and little James West (Gary James Fuller), but Sidwell might assure her Cassius poses no threat to them.

Sidwell might also remind Ava that he expects her to keep his secrets and argue that she wouldn’t want to take “Nathan” away from his loved ones a second time.
