General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, April 3, reveal that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) will unleash his anger on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) as Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) funeral takes a dramatic turn.
Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) will also be admitted to the hospital for her procedure, so she’ll have some support as she prepares for it.
For starters, Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) will have concerns about Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) job and may agree with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) for once about her needing to quit.
However, Jordan wants to play along with Sidwell’s demands for now and use his current vulnerability as part of her takedown plot.
On Friday’s episode, Jordan will assure Isaiah that he doesn’t need to worry about her.
Although Jordan will insist she knows what she’s doing, Isaiah will still fear for her safety and push her to be careful.
Meanwhile, Curtis will meet up with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).
Nina will try to mend fences according to GH spoilers, so she may apologize for the part she played in Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) being forced to testify during Willow Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) trial.
Nina may also deliver an apology for being distracted and letting their friendship get pushed aside, but it doesn’t look like Curtis will hold anything against her.
During Curtis and Nina’s catchup session, he’ll advise her to be careful what she wishes for since she just might get it.
It sounds like that’ll be Curtis’ advice to Nina after she confides in him on Friday’s show.
At the hospital, Molly will be admitted ahead of her surgery, which will relieve some of her endometriosis symptoms if all goes well.
Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will visit Molly in her room at GH and show her support.
Kristina may also open up to Molly about her efforts to help Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) avoid drama.
Will Molly sense that Kristina has more than friendly feelings for Jacinda and call her out?
Regardless, Molly will point to a problem during Kristina’s visit, so we’ll see what these sisters wind up discussing.
As for Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), she’ll have a confession to make on Friday’s episode.
Could Alexis admit she’s a little nervous about Molly’s surgery due to what happened with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco)?
Sam died because of Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) in the end, but she was only in the hospital because of the liver transplant surgery to help Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening).
Molly’s surgery may stir up some difficult memories for Alexis and leave her leaning on someone while she waits.
Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) may have some fears of his own once Molly’s surgery gets underway, so maybe he could bond with Alexis a bit.
Over with Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove), he’ll push Laura Collins (Genie Francis) to admit she’s glad she took his advice.
This will obviously happen after Laura’s press conference to denounce Sonny and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), but she may admit she hated every minute of it.
Even so, Ezra will think it’s good news for Laura now that she’s distancing herself from Sidwell’s enemies.
As for Sonny, he’ll put on a nice suit and get ready to head to Marco’s funeral.
Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) may worry this is a bad idea, but Sonny may warn it’ll “open warfare” if they don’t try to ease tensions now.
Sonny may view this as a chance to offer his condolences and try to help Sidwell see that he wouldn’t have taken Marco out.
Although Sonny will show up with Ric and insist he’s sorry for Sidwell’s loss, Sidwell will think his sympathy is phony.
“I don’t believe for a second that you’re sorry,” Sidwell snaps in Friday’s preview video.
At some point, Sonny will give Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) an explanation for some of his latest moves.
Carly may question why Sonny would come to Marco’s funeral at all, but he may rush to his own defense.
