Bombshell News!! Mormon Wives producers forced Taylor Frankie Paul into treatment center
Mormon Wives producers once forced Taylor Frankie Paul into a mental health treatment center after a past domestic violence incident with her ex, Dakota Mortensen.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal that Taylor got into an altercation with baby daddy Dakota before filming The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives‘ third season in early 2025, and higher-ups stepped in to intervene.

An insider revealed that when Taylor, 31, was away on a “retreat” on the Season 3 premiere, there was more to the story.
Production set up the trip to treatment in response to the incident with Dakota, an insider explained.
“Dakota pretty much said, ‘We’ve got to do something about this or we’re not going to film,’” the insider claimed.
The insider also alleged that when she came back, Taylor acted as if nothing had happened.
Season 3 of the hit Hulu reality show began filming in early 2025.
As The U.S. Sun previously reported, a third allegation of domestic violence has been made by Dakota against the MomTok star stemming from a 2024 incident in West Jordan, Utah.
It is unclear if Taylor’s treatment, which Mormon Wives fans saw her return from at the start of season 3, was a result of this specific 2024 incident.
The U.S. Sun reached out to Taylor and Hulu for comment.
As The U.S. Sun exclusively reported, a domestic violence incident occurred between Dakota and Taylor on February 23 of this year, and the reality show’s production came to a screeching halt as a result.
The U.S. Sun previously revealed the 31-year-old reality star now faces a precarious legal future, with experts suggesting she could be sentenced to up to five years in prison if she is arrested and charged again before her probation concludes this August.
The fallout has already been swift and severe.
Following the February incident and the release of a disturbing video related to her 2023 arrest, The Bachelorette was canceled just days before the March 22 premiere.
Taylor’s role in the Hulu hit The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is also now in question .
On the home front, the crisis has extended to her family life; Taylor has temporarily lost custody of her two-year-old son, Ever, whom she shares with Dakota Mortensen.
This custody shift comes as she navigates mounting legal pressure from both Dakota after he filed for a protective order, offering a graphic account of Taylor’s alleged “aggressive behavior” during the February 23 dispute that led to a 911 call.
In a statement provided to The U.S. Sun, representatives for Taylor expressed her gratitude toward ABC for their support during this transition.
Her team framed the current situation as a turning point, alleging that Taylor is finally finding the “strength to face her accuser” after enduring years of “mental and physical abuse” and various threats.
They characterized her long-standing silence as a byproduct of fear and indicated that she is now moving forward to “own and share her story.”
